The 11th annual Mountaineer Brewfest, a celebration of West Virginia’s finest craft and microbrews, will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025 at the Heritage Port in Wheeling. With over $267,000 raised to date through festival proceeds and tips collected by volunteers of the Circus Saints and Sinners, the Mountaineer Committee thanks our Brewfest attendees and sponsors for your continued support!
Here is what you can expect from MBF this year!
From Wheeling to Cool Ridge and Charles Town to Huntington the Mountaineer Brewfest is proud to serve up heavenly beer from Craft and Micro Breweries all over West Virginia!
Great food compliments great beer! You'll find a fantastic selection from our vendors: Paleonardos, The Gringo, Midge's Hotdogs, Philly Twist, Ideal Provisions, Wood Fired Pizza Co, Frosty Softy, and So Nuts for Donuts! And check out the tasty samples at the Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack tent!
Can’t get enough craft beer? Visit our beer garden where the Circus Saints & Sinners serve up an additional 50 domestic craft beers for your enjoyment. And don’t forget their tips are donated to our charity as well!

The Wheeling Alers Home Brew Club will taste and choose the best of the best at this year's Mountaineer Brewfest. We award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and the People's Choice award is determined by the number of sample tabs collected by a WV Brewer Tent.
